How long does it take to receive my order?

Each print is made to order to ensure the highest quality. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days, and delivery times vary based on location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

What is Fave Gallery's return policy?

Since our prints are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll make it right by offering a replacement or store credit.

Are your prints framed or unframed?

We offer both framed and unframed options. You can select your preference on each product page. Our framed prints come ready to hang, while unframed prints are shipped in protective tubes for safe delivery.

Orders

When will my order arrive?

Each one of our fine art prints takes approximately 10-14 business days to print, mount, frame and ship. Once shipped, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number from us so you can keep an eye on things. Most orders take 3-5 days in transit.

Do you include any payment information on the package?

No, we do not include an invoice with your order, just a branded packing slip. Our fine art prints make great gifts. We also offer gift cards if you're unsure of what to choose for your gift receiver.

What type of wall art does Fave Gallery offer?

We specialize in high-quality, unique wall art that captures meaningful moments and aesthetics. Our collections include premium art prints, canvas prints, and framed artwork designed to complement modern interiors.

Can I make any customizations to the frame for a small fee?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any customizations at this time.

Do you offer custom sizes or designs?

At this time, we offer a curated selection of sizes designed to fit most spaces. However, if you’re looking for a custom piece, please reach out—we occasionally accept special requests based on availability.

My print arrived damaged. What should I do?

First, this is such a bummer and we work hard so that this doesn't happen. On the rare occassion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Please fill out our contact form so that we can help. Please take careful photos of the box or boxes that your art arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.

Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

Each piece is custom printed, mounted, and framed just for you. Thus, we are unable to accept returns. However, like we said earlier, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll make it right by offering a replacement or store credit.

Can I exchange my print for a different one?

We currently do not offer exchanges, as each piece is printed on demand. We recommend carefully selecting the size and style that best fits your space before ordering.

Customization & Special Requests

Do you offer commissioned artwork or custom prints?

Not at this time, but we may introduce limited custom pieces in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

Can I request a specific frame color or material?

We offer a selection of hand-picked frame options that best complement our artwork. At this time, we do not offer custom framing beyond the listed options.

How do I care for my Fave Gallery prints?

  • Paper prints: For paper prints, we recommend that you keep them framed under glass to protect against dust and moisture.
  • Canvas prints: Dust lightly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight to preserve color vibrancy. You can also read our article here.

Will my print fade over time?

No. We use archival-quality inks and materials that are fade-resistant for up to 100 years under normal indoor conditions.
